We don’t have a Vietnamese legal entity yet — can we use this?+
While waiting for licensing, we advise on legal ways for key personnel to start working before the entity is finalized. Once the entity is established, we switch to full PEO operation immediately.
When we’re big enough to run HR ourselves, how does the handover work?+
This is something we pay special attention to. All records, processes and payroll history are handed over systematically. We also support recruiting and onboarding an in-house HR Manager to ensure no loss of continuity during the transition.
How is employee data protected?+
Compliant with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. An NDA is signed as soon as the service contract is signed. Data is never shared with third parties in any form.
Do you support Japanese / Korean / Chinese?+
Documents and reports are provided bilingually in Vietnamese–English. For Japanese- or Korean-speaking clients, we work through your company’s English-speaking point of contact. All legal documents come with an English version.
