ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Tran Thi Chi Linh is currently Senior HR Director at BizlinkViet and the Founder of HRLife.pro — a strategic HR training and consulting platform in Vietnam. She holds prestigious international certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHRi and CPTD, together with an MBA from Solvay Business School – Université Libre de Bruxelles.

With more than 20 years of experience in multinational and multicultural environments, she specializes in Human Performance Improvement (HPI), HR Strategy, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Talent Management and Organizational Development. She has held senior HR leadership roles across insurance, financial services, real estate, services and international enterprises; with broad and deep expertise, Ms. Linh has served as a member of the Executive Board and a member of the Risk Management, Compliance and Anti-Omission Committee of AAA Insurance Company.

Beyond her executive and consulting roles, she is also a trainer, speaker and developer of Vietnam’s high-caliber professional HR community — particularly in supporting international candidates sitting for the SHRM-CP/SCP, aPHRi, PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, GCP, CCP certifications and HR Transformation. Ms. Linh has also translated and developed many specialized HR materials to international standards, and is an expert in HR Tech and People Analytics. She holds an Advanced People Analytics certificate from Google.

I want to tell you a personal story about the journey of turning knowledge into wisdom, into capability, and ultimately into change — changing my own destiny, and helping bring change to my team and my organization, creating measurable results.
