Terms of Service

HRLife.pro — Version 2.0 · Effective from the date of publication

By registering for and using our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full (expressed by ticking the consent box at the registration/payment step).

I. Scope of Services

HRLife provides the following service lines:

  • Public Training Programs
  • In-house (Corporate) Training
  • Strategic HR Consulting Services
  • E-learning (Digital Learning Programs)

II. Payment Terms and Transaction Structure

1. Public Training

  • Individual customers pay 100% of the tuition fee before attending.
  • Payment method: bank transfer to the account of Tran Thi Chi Linh – a QR Code is provided upon completing course registration.
  • HRLife only confirms registration upon receipt of the full amount as required.

2. In-house (Corporate) Training

  • Both parties sign a Training Service Agreement before implementation.
  • The company pays according to the contract schedule, or 100% of the fee before the course starts.
  • Personal income tax (PIT) is withheld in accordance with prevailing law, and a tax withholding voucher is issued to the individual service provider.

3. Strategic HR Consulting

Applied similarly to In-house Training: signing a service contract, tax withholding per regulations, and issuance of a withholding voucher. The consulting scope, deliverables and timeline are specified in a separate contract.

4. E-learning (Digital Programs)

4.1 Registration and payment

  • Pay 100% before accessing the course; underpayment/overpayment is not accepted.
  • Method: bank transfer. Recipient: Tran Thi Chi Linh.
  • No refund for cases arising from the customer’s side (change of mind, non-attendance, breach of terms).
  • Where the fault lies with HRLife (the course is cancelled, or the system fails to deliver the paid service): HRLife will proactively refund the payer or agree on an alternative.

4.2 Usage rules

  • Do not share accounts in any form.
  • Do not record, copy or distribute content. Content is protected by digital copyright.
  • Violations lead to: account deactivation, no refund, and possible referral to legal authorities.

4.3 Learning and progress

  • Learners complete content in order; no spamming/bypassing the system.
  • The 70-20-10 philosophy applies (70% practice, 20% social learning, 10% theory). Converting knowledge into skill requires a minimum of 6 months.

4.4 Support policy

  • No support is provided if: insufficient evidence of an error is supplied (E-learning courses); or the account is shared in any form.
  • Periodic online support sessions may be offered (no SLA committed), announced in advance via email, fanpage or registration form.
  • Tuition is non-refundable, but deferral is supported under Section III.

4.5 Account lock policy

Accounts are locked immediately in cases of: account sharing, content leaking, or system fraud. They will not be reopened under any circumstances.

4.6 Promotions & Early bird

  • Returning learners receive a 5–10% tuition discount depending on the case.
  • Only one promotion applies at a time; promotions are not stacked.

III. Deferral Policy

  • Scope: the deferral policy applies only to recurring cohort courses (SHRM-CP/SCP exam prep, Total Rewards, and other recurring courses announced by HRLife). Corporate Training and Consulting follow their separate contracts.
  • Eligibility: applies where the learner has a legitimate reason (illness, business travel, personal force majeure) and is not subject to a pending violation.
  • Request deadline: the learner must submit a deferral request within 7 (seven) days from the course start date.
  • Maximum deferral period: 9 (nine) months from the first day of the course the learner registered for. After this period, if not reactivated, the deferral right lapses.
  • Number of times: each course may be deferred 01 (one) time.
  • Procedure: submit a request via HRLife’s official contact channels with the reason. HRLife reviews and responds case by case.
  • Note: deferral does not mean a refund. Paid tuition is retained to transfer to an equivalent later cohort/course; it is not convertible to cash.

IV. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

1. HRLife

  • Deliver content within the committed scope.
  • Reserves the right to: decline service, lock violating accounts, and adjust training content.

2. Customer

  • Provide accurate information; do not infringe copyright; take responsibility for applying the knowledge.

V. Prohibited Conduct

When using HRLife’s services and platform, customers/learners must not:

  • Share, lend, sell or transfer accounts in any form.
  • Copy, record, download, distribute, disseminate or commercialize course content without HRLife’s written consent.
  • Interfere with, bypass, scan, defraud or damage the technical system; or use automated tools for unauthorized access.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes, or post content that violates Vietnamese law (per the Cybersecurity Law 2018 and related regulations).
  • Harass, insult or defame trainers, HRLife staff or other learners.
  • Unlawfully collect or exploit other users’ information.

Violations of the above will be handled under the account lock policy (Section II.4.5) and may be referred to competent authorities, with no tuition refund.

VI. Limitation of Liability

HRLife is not responsible for: learners’ business/career results; misapplication of knowledge; third-party content (case studies, tools, AI, APIs…); or technical interruptions caused by events beyond its control.

The above limitation does not exclude HRLife’s liability for direct damages arising from HRLife’s own fault as provided by law.

VII. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by HRLife. Copying, distributing or commercializing it in any form without written consent is strictly prohibited.

VIII. Force Majeure

  • A force majeure event is an objective event that is unforeseeable and cannot be remedied despite all necessary measures — including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, fire, power/telecom/internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or changes in State policies or laws.
  • During a force majeure event, the affected party is not deemed in breach of these Terms and may suspend the corresponding obligation.
  • The affected party must notify the other party as soon as possible and make efforts to remedy the situation.
  • The parties agree on a suitable solution: rescheduling, deferral, or refund of the undelivered portion of the service.

(Pursuant to Article 156 of the Civil Code 2015.)

IX. Dispute Resolution

Good-faith negotiation is prioritized. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved at a competent Court of Vietnam, applying the laws of Vietnam.

  • Continued use of the service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
