Ms. Ngan has over 20 years of work and advisory experience in tax, finance, accounting and related law. She has built financial-accounting management systems for restaurant and hotel chains, manufacturing, construction and retail businesses. She currently advises individuals and companies on effective tax and financial management with continually updated legal knowledge, refining systems to thoroughly resolve financial and tax management issues within businesses.

Over 15 years of experience in HR and project operations, holding roles as HR Generalist, Global Coordinator, Business Analyst and Outsourcing Resource Allocation, before focusing on Learning & Development at FPT Japan. Experience across both manufacturing and technology environments in Vietnam and Japan.
